Position: .Net Software Developer

Job Description:

The desired candidate should have:

	Expertise and prior work experience in ASP.Net, VB.NET, JavaScript, C#, Web Services, HTML/ XML, Ajax, N-Tier Architecture, SQL Server 2000/2005 and .Net Framework.
	Software development and systems integration.
	Experience with UML and Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques.
	Ability to apply current n-tier and web development technologies to solve business problems.
	Ability to clearly explain issues of reliability, scalability, and extensibility with respect to the overall solution.
	Mature design skills and the ability to articulate the tradeoffs.
	Ability to analyze business requirements and come up with technical solutions.
	Extensive work experience in software development and systems integration.
	Excellent understanding of software engineering methodologies and techniques for all stages of the software development lifecycle.
	Should have excellent analytical and programming skills.
	Strong communication skills & relevant formal Qualifications.
	A natural teamplayer with a ‘can do, will do’ spirit.
	Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
