The overall project requirements are defined and care is taken to ensure that the project is aligned with the client's overall strategy.



Business Solution

Three major procedures take place during the Business Solutions part of the 3mice process:

	Project goals and objectives are clearly laid down,
	The information architecture requirements and technical infrastructure environments are set up, and
	The applicability and success measures of the project are defined.

Brain Storm

During this phase the 3mice team members assigned to the specific project come together and put forward all their thoughts on the how the proposed business solution can be brought to fruition. Any and all possibilities that may be of use in achieving the clients desired results are extensively explored and emphasis is placed on innovation and creativity in order to produce a uniquely functional solution for each client.



Information Architecture

This is the part of the 3mice process that is concerned with the developing an appropriate data arrangement format to be used to put across the massage the client wants his or here website to deliver to the viewer. The data is analysed and then arranged so as to make it easy to read and communicatively effective.



Creative

The highly talented team of creative professionals at 3mice, complemented with the latest and best hardware and software then take over, inserting aesthetic value to the site using the pre developed Information Architecture to ensure that the design does not conflict with the delivery of the clients intended message.

The IA and creative teams are closely knit and work as a unit during the creative part of the 3mice process.



Production

During the production process, the organization and structure of content is completed. The look and feel are also finalized.The technical delivery of the solution is then established, a prototype is developed as appropriate and a usability testing performed



Delivery

Before the interactive solution is launched; it is moved to production servers and prepared for initiation. Next, 3mice conducts user acceptance testing to ascertain the effectiveness of the solution that has been developed.Finally, the solution is taken live and begins creating new avenues of interaction between the client's and their customers!
